Project Executive opportunity for the Life Sciences division of a General Contractor.
This person will be responsible for overseeing the project teams as well as managing a portfolio of Life Sciences construction projects.
Responsibilities
Direct and oversee all aspects of Life Sciences construction projects including planning,
Establish and maintain relationships with Clients throughout the duration of construction projects
Manage contract negotiations and monitor bottom line profit of construction projects
Ensure safety and compliance standards are being withheld on all Life Science construction projects
Assess risks and come up with contingency plans as required
Identify and develop new business for the Life Sciences division
Manage and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery of construction projects within schedule and budget
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive for General Contractors overseeing life sciences construction projects from concept to close-out
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Prior leadership experience
