Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
[Responsibilities]:
Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants.
Assign tasks and schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines.
Cleaning Public areas.
Help room attendants in cleaning rooms, Clean at least 5 stayover rooms daily.
[Requirements]:
Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
[Preferred Qualifications]:
Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management.
Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
