Sales Executive

Our client, a leading provider of office and industrial (O&I) relocation solutions, seeks a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. They specialize in providing seamless transitions for businesses across the globe.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in the office and industrial relocation industry or logistics industry. This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote work, on-site visits with clients, and on-site collaboration in Sacramento.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new business and meet revenue targets.

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base and increase market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.

Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles.

At least 2 years of experience working in relocation or logistics.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Flexibility to travel as needed and work in a hybrid remote/on-site environment.
