Technical Product Manager

Bellevue, WA, United States

Cognitiv leverages deep learning artificial intelligence to build custom algorithms that more accurately and efficiently predict consumer purchase behavior. Each marketer has a unique set of goals, which is why Cognitiv created NeuralMind, a deep learning platform capable of automatically building custom algorithms that simultaneously consider the user, the context, the message, and the campaign objectives. We combine deterministic data and advanced processing techniques to continuously train these algorithms as they optimize our clients’ key performance indicators (KPIs), predicting consumer behavior in order to autonomously drive full-funnel marketing performance at scale.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager specializing in internal products. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the development, optimization, and implementation of our proprietary tools and platforms that power internal teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Work closely with cross functional teams including engineering, data science, product, and client success to understand workflow and pain points, and translate these insights into effective product features

Create comprehensive documentation for internal products, including user guides and training materials to facilitate smooth onboarding and efficient usage.

Educate internal teams and conduct feature demos to ensure successful implementation and comprehensive customer understanding.

Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring that internal products are built with scalability, security, and maintainability in mind

Stay informed about industry best practices, technology advancements, and internal feedback to continually improve and iterate on existing products

Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering products that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of ad tech platforms, programmatic advertising, and data driven technologies

Salary $130,000-$170,000 Base Salary + Equity

We use Deep Learning (the most sophisticated machine learning) to build custom algorithms for digital marketers to help grow their customer base. We have seen explosive growth and are looking for talented people who have a passion to learn about AI and are looking to affect change in a rapidly growing organization .
