Infrastructure Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical IT infrastructure projects. The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating across teams and functions to ensure project success in terms of timing, functionality, quality, risk management, reporting, communication, and budget control. This role demands a high level of efficiency in utilizing resources and a keen ability to manage both single and multiple projects in parallel within the IT standards and strategies set by the Project Portfolio Management & Governance Team.
Responsibilities:
Develop project charters, scope documents, risk assessments, and budgets; estimate required resources, roles, and responsibilities.
Monitor and control the execution of projects through Waterfall or Agile methodologies as dictated by the Project Portfolio Management & Governance Team.
Manage project risks and change management, leading the assessment of inter-project dependencies and gauging the financial impact and risks associated with the project.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the technology teams and user communities for general requests, systems issues, and business recovery events.
Provide regular updates on project status to leadership and incorporate stakeholder feedback to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Establish project governance to provide leadership and decision-making support throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct thorough project reporting, including overall performance metrics and project completion documentation.
Participate in creating, standardizing, and communicating Project Management best practices and processes within the organization.
Adhere to policies and processes set by the Project Portfolio Management & Governance Team.

Proficiency in Agile Project Management and Predictive Project Management methodologies.
Expertise in requirements gathering and business case creation, with the ability to track project progress against the business case.
Familiarity with financial modeling and budgeting for large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
Professional:
Strong facilitation skills with effectiveness in verbal communication to engage stakeholders and team members.
Demonstrated learning agility with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
High adaptability in a dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results amidst changing project scopes or business needs.
Advanced problem-solving skills, with the capacity to foresee potential issues and implement strategic solutions.
