The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and have experience in M&A due diligence and integrations, including operations training, program/change management, and exposure to supporting high quality dental or healthcare practices. The candidate will have strong project management skills and will be extremely detailed and organized.
Responsibilities:
For Revenue Cycle, active leader in the due diligence process of target acquisitions
For Revenue Cycle, leads the integration team for acquisitions, new surgeon hires, organic growth, and denovo by project managing the revenue cycle operations, payor management, and analysis and reporting process
Communicates with the Senior Vice President of Practice Management Solutions, the Vice President of Integration (VPI), and all applicable departments and leaders involved in Integrations to drive analytical, timely, and objective integration issues, discussion, decision-making, and execution
Project Manage projects at one time while consistently delivering servant leadership to key stake holders.
Work with the credentialing specialist and integration team on provider enrollment, obtaining location & group NPI (if needed), updating TID’s and banking and manage the timeline to ensure no delays
Lead change with VP of RCM Ops for on-site training and follow up on key integration items.
Coordinate data, relationship, and contextual data and information regarding payor relationships with the Director of Payor Management for due diligence and then transition post-closing
Help develop, maintain, implement, and continuously improve integration, de novo, and location closure materials.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate through email, conference calls, and PowerPoint across multiple departments, with multiple levels of the organization from the CEO to a Billing Representative, and with surgeons and their teams at the practices

Required Qualifications: 3 years of healthcare or dental revenue cycle experience required
3 years of project management experience required
Proficient at Excel and PowerPoint
Skilled at any healthcare / dental practice management software system
Travel planning, arrangements, and changes on short notice
Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift
Travel: Required 25%
