We’re looking for an Account Manager who lives and breathes sales and client relationships. We work with a variety of different types and sizes of clients: from SMB’s to large enterprises, from entertainment and CPG space to social impact. A testament to our work is that 80% of our business is either repeat business or referrals. The reason - we pride ourselves on going above and beyond to deliver on our promises. So if you are an account manager who truly connects with clients, creates meaningful relationships and can help the client understand and navigate through the intricacies of experiential, all with the confidence the team will deliver on what you promise, we want to talk to you.
You will have the support of a team of creative strategists to inspire you and challenge your current ideation process, a production team to take your vision to reality and a leadership team that both drives strategy and rolls up their sleeves to play an active player-coach role with you.
A sample of the of things we need help with:
Account Relationships: Build new relationships, maintain existing ones, and capitalize on the opportunity to take a client from an initial project into a long-term brand evangelist.
Program Oversight: Consult with your clients, identify and set program strategy and goals, review execution plans and evaluate outcomes against the goals you have built with your clients.
Primary Client Contact and Advocate: Attending pitch meetings, liaising with clients, working with the Head of Accounts and production team to assess feasibility of projects and establishing program budgets and timelines for new business proposals, contributing to the agency strategy, working with the internal stakeholders to achieve the goals of RMNG and your client accounts.
Challenge control: Identifying challenges before they become issues, leading with a solutions mindset, teaching the team the art of remedies and managing the client relationship throughout.
Who you are:
Experienced: 3-5 years of account/client management. Agency experience preferred.
Agile: You’re comfortable working non-traditional hours in non-traditional locations, as needed (some nights and weekends, depending upon the project and client). You are able to adapt your working and leadership style to the needs of the people around you (internal and external).
Relationship Focus: You can flip from vendors, to clients, to the internal team without missing a beat. You are a consummate communicator and have a strong client/customer service mindset. You identify the needs of those around you and you deliver. Consistently.

25-50% travel likely required
What you get:
Salary range: Base compensation of $90,00 - 130,000+ (including OTE), based upon experience.
