Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute pretrial filings in complex litigation, construction, mass torts, personal injury claims, and products liability cases.
Work independently and collaboratively with a team of top-tier attorneys.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients, ensuring high standards of legal practice and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
3+ years of substantial experience in insurance defense litigation
Demonstrated familiarity with pretrial filings in complex litigation, construction, mass torts, personal injury claims, and products liability
Admission to the Washington State Bar is required.
