The Porter atCSC Managementis responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintain the general upkeep of our properties. This includes grounds work, make readies, minor repairs, and more. Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Remove trash and debris in public areas
• Surface cleaning
• Grounds keeping - moving lawns, hedges, clearing snow and ice
• Make ready vacant apartments
• Painting
• Light maintenance duties - changing light bulbs, restocking cleaning supplies, unclogging drains, etc.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
