The Porter at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintain the general upkeep of our properties. This includes grounds work, make readies, minor repairs, and more. Full Time

Responsibilities:

Remove trash and debris in public areas Surface cleaning Grounds keeping - moving lawns, hedges, clearing snow and ice Make ready vacant apartments Painting Light maintenance duties - changing light bulbs, restocking cleaning supplies, unclogging drains, etc.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
