The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer solves complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in T-SQL, Power Platforms, and Azure ASA, with a proven track record of delivering business intelligence solutions. As a Senior BI Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by translating complex data into actionable insights.

The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer:

+ Develops and maintains robust T-SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

+ Designs and implements scalable data models to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.

+ Utilizes Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

+ Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

+ Performs data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance improvements.

+ Presents findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.

+ Mentors junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

**Use your skills to make an impact**

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (5 year minimum of data and analytics experience)

+ Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in SQL, with advanced experience in T-SQL and PL/SQL

+ Advanced in SSRS and Power BI development.

+ Intermediate to advanced in Power Apps and Power Automate.

+ Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

+ Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations.

+ Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction.

+ Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Master's Degree

+ Data Architecture experience

+ Proficiency in SAS and other data systems

+ Experience in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling

+ Expertise in creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors

**Work at Home Guidance**

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

+ Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,800 - $108,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
