The Joint was originally founded in 1999 by a Doctor of Chiropractic with a vision to transform the traditional, often misunderstood concept of routine Chiropractic care by making it more convenient, friendly and affordable. Today, The Joint has grown to a nationwide network of more than 850 clinics and counting. We are the leader in delivering Chiropractic care, performing more than 12 million adjustments a year.

As one of our Chiropractors, you will find that our unique operating model gives you all the support you need to focus on doing what you do best: looking after your patients. We support you with marketing, manage your insurance and deal with all of your business administration, as well as ensuring that you have the financial stability and security to think long term. The Joint Chiropractic is growing so fast that we can barely keep up our supply for the demand for our services. Our Chiropractors are not just employees but partners within our franchise network of 130+ Chiropractors. The Joint Chiropractor is supported throughout their onboarding process and throughout their tenure with ongoing training and skills labs. Each month we focus on a singular best practice, policy or procedure for our entire company to spend a whole month working towards perfecting. It will be announced immediately at the beginning of a month and continued to be at the center of conversation throughout.

Full Time Benefits for our Chiropractors:

$78,000 minimum base salary DOE + Bonus pay

Requirements: Chiropractor Qualifications Needed:
A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE
A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV
Valid DC license in the applicable state
Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state
