The Marketing Specialist contributes to and implements content strategy and execution that drives engagement and new patient leads for our fertility services across multiple social media platforms.

Own, build and grow the organic social program including content development, content calendar, follower growth/engagement, and reporting for all company entities.

Create informed, cohesive, and attractive social media campaigns that appeal to SCRC's target audience of potential customers/patients and distribute content on key social channels to maximize SCRC's social exposure.

Expand our social channel presence from FB/IG to Pinterest, Twitter, and eventually LinkedIn.

Develop and manage the social content calendar and assure assets are developed on schedule.

Report and analyze social channel results and develop recommendations based on performance.

Monitor competitors' social channels and provide brief audits/findings for internal leadership.

Produce webinar events including oversee the development of the content and presentation used by the doctors, develop promotional program to drive event attendance through digital marketing, and manage the Zoom session during the live event.

Develop webinar event email campaigns and communications to consumers/patients with agency.

Shoot and produce video and photo content with doctors, staff, and patients.

(potentially), for Reels and other social platforms as needed.

With Marketing Director, manage a videographer/photographer for occasional professional level video and photo shoots with doctors, staff, and potentially patients.

Determine new content ideas to leverage for social (e.g. infographics, IG stories).

Assist in the development of assets for internal presentations (e.g. PPT for quarterly staff meetings).

Interview key stakeholders (e.g. doctors, head of clinical) to gather insights to inform relevant social content.

Ensure consistent use of brand imagery, apply good design practice, and assure core value proposition messaging is communicated on organic social platforms and across marketing materials.

Collaborate and facilitate print collateral for the doctors and physician liaison team to produce new materials. Manage revisions and updates with third party designer.

Review competitors' patient acquisition & digital efforts for internal audits and presentations and develop opportunities for our brand.

Assist Marketing Director in ad hoc new projects as the company's business evolves.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

2-4 years marketing experience with at least 2 years active management of social media accounts.

Experience in practice management marketing especially in women's health, fertility, or cash-pay medical, is a plus.

Experience and understanding of marketing function, planning, execution, and analysis.

Proven competency and superior knowledge of social-media platforms, tools, and performance tracking.

Ability to use Canva type tools to self-design social-media as well as be able to give direction to a designer for social media images.

Self-motivated with a flexible management style, able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines and activities simultaneously.

Strong ability to manage projects to achieve deadlines.

Effective communication skills and ability to prioritize and multitask. Timely in responding to communications.

Articulate and eloquent in the written and spoken communications, able to build strong business relationships. Well-developed presentation skills.

Comfortable collaborating internally and externally.

An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to take on projects and execute them; a strong attention to detail is a must.

Proactive problem solving -you balance stakeholder needs while maintaining brand and business objectives. You can identify roadblocks, determine fixes, and work in a team environment to implement the solutions to get to the end goal.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements.
