The HR Technical Solutions Manager will develop, manage, and enhance the technical strategy behind the HR information system, supporting software and resources. Partner with both operational leaders, IT and HR Centers of Excellence to initiate process improvement, enhancements and project management of HR system and reporting initiatives. Manage a team who will spark innovation and drive enhanced self-service outcomes to better their relationships and engagement with the business. Utilize change management strategies to roll out enhancements of technology in support of business needs. Serve as the data management owner for the HCM system to include security management and data decision facilitation and philosophy. Required Qualifications: Minimum of five years experience working in an analytics or IT role required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience combined required (One year of education equals one year of experience).
Minimum of one year leadership experience required.
Strong presentation and communication skills to serve as a consultant, proactively building strong working relationships and influencing stakeholders across the organization required.
Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments required.
Experience with ERP systems, implementation, enhancements, set up, reporting and data management required.
Experience with data files and integrations (such as csv, pipe delimited text, xml, 834) commonly used to communicate between HR systems required.
Experience with data reporting and visualization and HR metrics required.
Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written required.
Knowledge of general office equipment and Microsoft Office applications required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare systems preferred.
Experience with Workday, Qualtrics and HRSD strongly preferred.
Experience with integration platforms including middleware and application interfaces preferred.
Experience with survey administration, analytics and dashboard management preferred.
Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies preferred.
Project management skills including implementation of information systems preferred.
Demonstration of leadership through team motivation, coaching, mentoring, and delegating preferred.
Budget preparation team building, and conflict resolution preferred.
Proven ability to provide leadership to diverse groups and teams preferred.
