Play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the financial processes related to revenue generation, billing, collections, and reimbursement.
Lead a team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition, maximizing revenue streams, and minimizing revenue leakage. Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing practices, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
