Our client is seeking a Vice President - Sales & Marketing to join their team.
The Vice President - Sales & Marketing is responsible for establishing and directing sales strategies for new development communities, creating customer-centric marketing and advertising strategies, and overseeing branding across all marketing channels.
Vice President - Sales & Marketing Qualifications
Must have extensive knowledge and experience in home building and marketing residential communities
Proficiency with digital marketing, including Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and content creation
Computer skills including Microsoft Office, CRM software, and web-based applications
Vice President - Sales & Marketing Responsibilities
Establish and implement sales strategies for new development communities
Develop and oversee marketing and advertising strategies to support a customer-centric culture
Lead, motivate, and hold sales teams accountable to achieve sales targets
Manage home inventory levels, including specifications, designs, and pricing
Formulate and implement business plans, budgets, and marketing strategies within designated parameters
Identify and develop relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners to drive sales opportunities
