Enterprise Solutions Architect
Skillset / Experience:
• A seasoned IT leader with 20+ years of experience, with minimum 5+ years of experience in handling $10M + / multi-year development programs across process areas - technical , functional, program management and financials.
• This role will require strong analytical, technical, financial and communication skills.
• The person should be able to interact with CxO levels with client and executive leadership.
Necessary Qualifications:
• Technical Background: Java / J2EE Development Programs ( 10+ to 15+ years' experience ) ; 5+ roles as Enterprise Architect preferrable.
• Domain Experience: Financial Services ; Experience in mortgage/insurance desirable.
• Program Management: 2-3 Large 10 M+ multiyear green field development programs.
• Governance and Reporting: Strong experience in setting up reporting practices.
• Financials: Managing P&L for the program & gt; 20 M in size.
• Executive Communication: Ability to interact with CxO ( CIO, CTO)Strong experience in similar programs.
