Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP S/4 Hana Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex SAP implementation programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4 Hana, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, effective communication, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end program management of SAP S/4 Hana implementations, from planning and design to execution and delivery.
Develop and execute program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and project teams, to define project goals, scope, and success criteria.
Communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners to ensure a collaborative and productive working environment.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues related to SAP S/4 Hana implementations.
Implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and obstacles, ensuring the successful progression of the program.
Resource Management:
Manage project resources, including team members, consultants, and third-party vendors.
Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution while maintaining a focus on quality.
Quality Assurance:
Implement best practices and methodologies for SAP S/4 Hana implementations.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed business requirements and expectations.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP program management framework.
Evaluate and implement industry best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (X+ years) in program management with a focus on SAP S/4 Hana implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing at least 3 Full Life Cycle End to End Implementations in their career
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed.
