Construction Project Manager - Kent, WA
$75-$85k/yr DOE
Skills and knowledge:
Minimum of 2 years of Construction experience with an emphasis on Restoration and/or Reconstruction
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strategic planner capable of managing multiple projects at various stages of construction
Ability to interpret building plans, estimates, and change orders
Effective negotiator, a strong understanding of budget adherence and purchase order issuance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional presentation skills with working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel various Cloud-based scheduling software
Experience working with various jurisdictions and permitting/inspection procedures
Ability to conduct weekly safety toolbox talks and site-specific safety reviews, including implementing methods to minimize risk
Established a positive reputation with local subcontractors, preferred
Personal characteristics:
Professional appearance and demeanor
High comfort level working directly with customers and fellow team members
Self-driven with a strong desire to contribute to the team's success
