Job Description Establish a good relationship with paid users through telephone and online communication according to the company's standard procedure and actively provide periodic one-to-one learning services to paid users.
Supervise paid users’ learning, provide feedback and suggestions, address users' problems during the learning process, and help students achieve their learning goals.
Be responsible for the renewal performance of paid users and improve the renewal rate.
Complete work plans and monthly renewal sales tasks on time and maintain the student database.
Improve customer satisfaction and expand customer resources, as well as promote recommendations and referrals among users.
Regularly participate in meetings and training sessions, complete daily sales reports, and fulfil other assigned tasks.
Undertake and complete any other tasks related to the effective delivery of the job expected of an Education Consultant, as determined and directed by the Company from time to time.
Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree or, at a minimum, a Diploma in any field.
Fresh graduates and young and vibrant candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required language(s): English and Mandarin. Hokkien speakers would be an advantage.
Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5 working days per week
