They work alongside commercial, education, healthcare, life science, and multifamily clients throughout the Greater Boston Area. With a solid pipeline ahead and a steady growth plan in place, they are looking to grow their team by bringing on an Assistant Project Manager.
Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Top Mechanical Contractor will be responsible for:
assisting one or more Project Managers with day-to-day project activities
participating in staff meetings
assisting in the preparation of RFP/bid packages
completing RFIs, submittals, and managing change orders
occasional site visits
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Top Mechanical Contractor will have:
a degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
a relevant internship or full-time working experience
strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Offer
