Pilot in Command LR-JET or LR45 Type Rating

Job Description Job Description Our client is a leader in medical flight transportation, providing essential services to patients in need. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot in Command to join their Aviation Flight Crew team. This is a remote position with competitive compensation ranging from $157,241 to $160,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of the aircraft, flight crew, passengers, and cargo

Comply with all federal regulations and company policies and procedures

Ensure crew members are properly licensed, rested, and flight ready

Plan flight assignments and obtain briefing information

Prepare and file flight plans considering all applicable factors

Supervise crew members and ensure proper planning and flight preparation

Ensure aircraft is pre-flighted, loaded, equipped, and manned for the flight assignment

Supervise loading and distribution of cargo and passengers

Comply and participate in Safety Management System

Prepare flight logs, records, and maintenance forms

Ensure aircraft airworthiness per maintenance release procedures

Assume role of Inflight Security Coordinator and Ground Security Coordinator

Stay highly knowledgeable of regulations, flight manuals, and other relevant instructions

Qualifications: Airline Transport Pilot

Valid Passport

FCC RROP

First Class Medical

Required Experience:

2000 hours total flight time

1000 hours Pilot in Command

500 hours Jet/Turbine

100 hours Instrument

Preferred Education and Experience:

4-year degree

3000 hours total flight time

1500 hours Pilot in Command

1000 hours Jet/Turbine

LR-JET or LR45 Type Rating
