Roles And Responsibilities
The Ideal candidate should have to collaborate with client success and developers to understand user requirements and design specifications.
Need to develop responsive and user-friendly web applications and interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Must participate in upfront user research to better understand user needs and behaviors, and usability testing to see how your solutions work for users, with the support and guidance of experienced researchers
Should have great interpersonal skills and are able to connect with a variety of partners at different levels and bring alignment to the team.
Have to troubleshoot and debug UI issues and resolve usability problems.
Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Must be able to bring own perspective to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Need to contribute the continuous improvement of our development processes and best practices.
Working in an Agile development environment to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills
The Ideal candidate must have 7+ years of experience UX Design interface.
5+ years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, mobile and design systems for a SaaS or similar product
Need to experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end framework that you can communicate with engineers easily
Should have knowledge on data visualization libraries (for example, amCharts, D3.js, Chart.js) is a plus.
Have to lead design work on successful digital products, demonstrating user- and human-centered design approaches
Must have advanced skills in Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, and Information Architecture.
Intermediate ability in adjacent skills such as User Research, UX Writing, Prototyping, wireframing, user flows, and mockups.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiar with Design systems, Invision, Sketch, and Figma
Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with teams.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
