Our client is hiring for an Associate Brand Manager , for their growing Consumer Packaged Goods business. This is a full-time, hybrid position (3 days on-site, 2 days remote), based in Carlsbad, CA.
Associate Brand Manager will support the development of the brand and key initiatives across priority channels to support both the short and long-term marketing strategy with a focus on shopper marketing.

Essential Functions
The Associate Brand Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to create brand relevancy with consumers, drive profitable growth, achieve business objectives and marketing goals, and develop and execute activities that build and support the brand equity. This position reports to the VP of Marketing.
· Support and execute shopper marketing plans and initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase product visibility, drive product trial, and grow sales across retail partners utilizing marketing tools such as coupons, point-of-sales displays, and branded merchandise.
· Execute retail media campaigns across major platforms including Instacart, Amazon, Criteo, Kroger Performance Network / 8451, Walmart Connect, iBotta, and others.
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and market feedback.
· Collaborate with Sales team, leading as the direct connection between the two to create a seamless experience for product digitally and in-store with retails both online and on shelf.
· Work cross-functionally to oversee, manage, and implement retail marketing materials, coupons, etc as needed.
· Track and manage marketing expenses, ensuring maximum efficiency within the allocated budget.
· Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing spend.
· Generate regular reports to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
· Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
· Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
Requirements
Requirements
· At least 2 years' experience in marketing or brand management at a consumer goods company. Food and beverage experience along with a passion for healthy and mission driven brands a plus.
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adaptable with an entrepreneurial attitude.
· Ability to prioritize and effectively measure and drive for results with strong organizational, project management, and decision-making skills with added attention to details and deadlines.
· Excellent collaborative and negotiation skills with ability to build productive business relationships cross functionally within the organization and outside of the organization with agency partners.
· Assertive self-starter with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills: experienced and proficient at a high level in Excel and PowerPoint.
· BA or BA degree, concentration in Business and/or Marketing preferred.
