Responsibilities As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll be our key point person for marketing, particularly excelling in project management
This role within our Client Growth (Marketing) team is vital for boosting our presence in the physician recruiting market and expanding our client base
Your responsibilities encompass various tasks, including organizing client conferences, executing social media and content creation, website design and CRM management, and engaging with clients
You'll report to our Marketing Manager and work from our headquarters at the Toyota Music Factory with a flexible hybrid schedule
Manages logistics for conferences where we showcase our services to clients
Coordinates conference promotional material sourcing, ordering, and organization
Assists with conference registrations and manages all receipts relating to conference activities
Establishes and maintains relationships with other Curative event members and communicates with onsite staff to ensure everything is properly set and organized for client conferences
Social Media & Content Curation
Develop high-quality written content and media to support marketing initiatives
Curate graphic designs to further support social media initiatives
Direct professional video and photoshoots to support marketing initiatives
Collaborate across teams to create a client-focused monthly e-newsletter
Assist in the development of the overall website strategy, content, and end-to-end user experience
Assist in the synchronization between our data base and CRM systems, enabling seamless data flow for targeted marketing efforts
Other Client Engagement Tasks
Coordinate with teams and oversee the submission of award applications
Proactively improve reputation through requesting client feedback and online reviews
Monitor and report on key performance metrics across channels and projects
Stay current on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments

Requirements
• 2-3 yearsof experience in a marketing role
• Demonstrates strong organizational/project management skills
• Preferred working experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
• Preferred experience in video creation/editing
• Preferred experience in HubSpot or interest in learning HubSpot
• Ability to work in a rapid, fast-paced environment.
