Shall work eight (8) hours a day anytime between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday

Swingtech is currently looking to fill a Front Desk Administrative Assistant role in the Greenbelt, MD area. This position is 100% onsite.
Primary Responsibilities:
Front Desk Admin Assistant performs various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of an organization or office, organize and plan onsite events, dinners and lunches. The right candidate will exhibit a sense of professionalism and will be open to taking on some common responsibilities include but not limited to:
Help with planning & coordinating events, lunch & dinners etc.
Managing phone calls and directing them to appropriate staff
Greeting visitors, handling mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Providing general administrative support to staff
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and bookings
Preparing and distributing documents, reports, and materials
Handling incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Performing basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks
Supporting HR tasks, such as employee records and benefits administration
Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports
Coordinating meetings, events, and conferences
Providing technical support for office equipment and software
Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines) and basic IT skills can be advantageous.
An associate degree or certification in office administration, business administration, or a related field can be beneficial but is not always required.
High school diploma or some college, associates preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliability and punctuality.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
