Summary:

Will be responsible for supporting an existing team with ongoing project support achieved through agile practices and the utilization of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Point and Excel and in-house DLA applications.
Must be willing and able to travel both within the continental U.S. and internationally up to 50%.
Requirements:

Must have experience performing configuration management, integrating software, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results.
Must have experience in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management.
Must be able to coordinate scheduling for in-person deployments, badging, etc.
Must be able to coordinate scheduling with key stakeholders.
Must have experience providing solutions to identified software problem reports.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferences:
Knowledge of DSS and WMS technologies.
Experiencing setting up and troubleshooting label printers.
Located in the New Cumberland, PA area.
