Job Description:
We are seeking one part-time and one full-time Customer Service Representative. Duties include:
Communicating with customers via phone, in person, and email
Assisting customers with their orders and/or questions regarding products/equipment
Maintaining both digital and physical customer and equipment databases
Processing orders, returns, and rentals
Conducting quarterly inventory
Performing various duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Overall computer literacy
Excellent communication skills with outstanding phone etiquette
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and proactivity with the ability to adapt to change

Hourly Rate:
Part-time: $13-$16 (Depends on experience)
