Summary of Job Description:
The Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and products. This role will also involve enhancing the user experience on our e-commerce platforms to maximize conversion rates and revenue. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce best practices, data entry, and analytics.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
E-Commerce Optimization:
Optimize customer e-commerce websites for improved user experience, increased traffic, higher conversion rates, and revenue generation.
Work closely with the web development team to implement changes and enhancements to the website.
Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website performance, track user behavior, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Analyze customer data and market trends to develop insights that drive marketing and e-commerce strategies.
