Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
Resolve client-side network and remote access issues.
Research and resolve software/hardware errors.
Monitor desktop queue, document cases, and perform audio-visual setups.
Coordinate with Operations for equipment moves and setups.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred.
4+ years of desktop experience in professional services.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, MS Office, business applications and desktop and laptop hardware support
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
This is a full-time, hybrid Desktop Support role with an excellent compensation package and room for growth.
