We will continue to operate on a Hybrid schedule from the new office.
Our new Account Supervisor will be assigned to an account team to work on 5-7 accounts, working closely with clients, company leadership and other team members. Responsibilities include:
Take initiative on tasks with little to no direction from supervisor;
Serve as a liaison between the client and service teams;
Oversee all client campaigns through creation, execution and overall strategy;
Ensure that clients are properly invoiced each month, including for NROs, special projects, all reimbursable expenses, etc.;
Proactively build and present strategic plans and client campaign recommendations;
Develop and mentor junior team members;
Uphold confidence in client meeting;
Present strategic media recaps around campaigns or monthly, quarterly and/or annually with insightful and actionable recommendations; and,
Demonstrate the ability to clearly present recommendations and strategy plans.
The ideal candidate has a college degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline; is a team player who is also comfortable working with limited supervision; has 5 or more years of experience; has outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; and is energetic, organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
