Job Responsibilities
Understand the real estate market by attending weekly meetings, training, and tracking local sales
Prospect to potential home buyers and sellers
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and execute their goals
Assist buyers in their home search process by taking them to home showings and open houses
Educate sellers on best practices to maximize the home sale value
Oversee inspections, reports, and disclosures on behalf of the escrow
Mediate during sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for client's best
interests and provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Requirements
Active real estate license or willingness to complete training to obtain a real estate license
Ability to work autonomously and self-effectively
Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude for negotiation
Trustworthy and results-driven
A proven track record of sales is plus
Reliable transportation and a valid driverâs license
Must be 18+
