ProgramThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) established the Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) program to achieve VAs strategic goal of modernizing its financial and acquisition management systems. The Financial Management Business Transformation Service (FMBTS) is leading the FMBT program under the Office of Management (OM) to improve financial and acquisition services to those who serve Veterans.

Responsibilities

Deliver communications strategically and proactively with the utilization of the ADKAR MethodologyIdentify universal and specific stakeholder communication needsDevelop communication activities to inform and engage identified stakeholder groups frequently and broadly at all levels to drive awareness, understanding and adoptionDevelop a communication cadence to include: frequency, timing, sequence, and activity information to elicit engagement and drive reinforcementResearch and conduct meetings with stakeholders to finalize the communications planDevelop timeline to execute the communications planIdentify the appropriate medium and vehicles of communication to the stakeholdersDevelop tools/templates and draft messagingDevelop metrics aligned to goals/objectives and commitment curveCoordinate with the stakeholdersAnalyze and provide recommendations for feedback received from stakeholdersDetermine needs to coordinate with administrations/offices external to OAL (i.e., VAAA)Deliver content via specific channelsEvaluate the impact and outcomes of the communications

Requirements
