Duties:
Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy mineral title and division order matters.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and title opinions.
Communicate effectively with clients and legal teams regarding case updates and strategies.
Provide legal advice and counsel on various energy-related issues.
Assist with negotiations and settlements.
Maintain accurate and organized case files and records.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
0-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in energy mineral title and division order practice.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and legal teams.
Excellent academic record.
