The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and strategic leadership across clinical sites, with a strong focus on both managerial responsibilities and hands-on clinical involvement. This role involves spearheading operational oversight, aligning activities with various metrics, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality anesthesia care. The VP will also be responsible for mentoring a team, serving as the primary conduit for addressing clinical and contractual queries, and building strong relationships with clinical providers. Operational duties include monitoring site progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing performance enhancement plans. The role also requires the ability to contribute to the response to new site proposals, conduct regular meetings with hospital leadership, and collaborate with billing and credentialing departments to ensure compliance.Applicants for the VP of Clinical Operations position at the company should hold a minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare administration and anesthesia services, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. A CRNA or Physician Anesthesiologist license and completion of hospital credentialing requirements are mandatory. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in regional or multi-site managerial roles, demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient care.
