Responsibilities of the Office Clerk include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Data entry in the computer
Issuing purchase orders
Tracking open orders
Contacting multiple vendors and customers
Filing and faxing
Qualifications of the Office Clerk include, but are not limited to: 2 years customer service/clerical experience
Excellent phone etiquette
Computer literate
Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Deadline conscientious
Willingness to learn
Ability to work independently
