Department: Quality - Quality Care Improvement

About the Role:

We are looking to hire a highly engaged Quality Health Navigator. This role will report to a Supervisor - Quality Care Improvement and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry.

What You'll Do:

Member outreach and schedule appointments for members with open care gaps

Work on select Health Plans and work on performance of select population

Scan medical records and potentially download records from providers' computer systems

Maintain medical records in a systematic fashion

Handle sensitive and private information relating to providers, members, business plans, strategies and other sensitive information

Relay communication to department as needed

Qualifications: Minimum of Associate degree; Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred

At least one (1) year of healthcare related experience

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations and to provider sites as needed

Ability to keep a high level of confidence and discretion when dealing with sensitive information

Ability to prioritize and effectively multi-task

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent analytical critical reasoning

Effective interpersonal/professional communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Ability to quickly adapt to various situations

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Proficiency in electronic calendaring

You are great for this role if: You have at least 1-3 years of IPA/MSO/HP experience, or general healthcare experience

You are fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese

You thrive in a fast-paced environment

You are self-driven, a quick learner, patient, and able to work with people of different personalities

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions: Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1680 S. Garfield Avenue #205, Alhambra, CA 91801.

This position will require up to 35% of travel, as needed.

The hourly compensation target pay range for this role is $22.00-25.00. This pay range represents our national target range for this role.
