The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative , working in Banking/Finance industry in Phoenix, Arizona, United States .
Responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.
Research cases independently.
Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances.
Call around 3-5 minutes approximately. 75-100 calls per day (higher volume calls in the earlier shifts). Calls are back-to-back and sometimes a breather in between calls. Types of calls include payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers.
Transfer more escalated calls to another department.

Experience Required for Your Success At least 6 months customer service experience. Call center experience is a plus.
Great attention to detail.
Experience in navigating multiple systems at once.
Has extensive research skills - will be researching casework themselves. Experience in analyzing situations, identifying solutions, and making decisions.
Able to handle inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. Able to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
