About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Relationship Manager with a strong background in financial services, particularly in sales and client service/relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with top-producing advisors and enterprise offices. This role requires the ability to engage in high-level strategic discussions, act as the primary point of contact between the advisors and the company, and provide direction to a dedicated internal support team. The VP, Relationship Manager will be tasked with understanding the advisors' business goals and aligning them with the company's strategic initiatives, as well as educating the advisors on the value and features of the company's platform.Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, and the ability to travel as needed. Strong collaboration, client focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential. While not mandatory, preferences include a Series 7/63/65 (or 66) and a strong knowledge of RIA's. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing situations, applying solutions, and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders. A deep understanding of financial markets, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements is also required to optimize results in this role.
