Marketing Coordinator Role Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will implement a wide variety of marketing strategies and programs working with the Director of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager and our Contact Center Team. These strategies will promote our products and services to our target market with the goal of increasing lead flow and sales revenue, while maintaining our edge over competitors. This role requires excellent attention to detail and strong desire to learn the category and develop new skills.
Marketing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
Weekly content creation using photography and video of our people and job sites.
Manage the Marketing Content Calendar.
Assist in integrating our core purpose, company story, and identity (4 Unique’s) into all communications.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and learning.
Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure our messages are unique and differentiated in the marketplace.
Track home owner trends and analyze customer insights.
Implement marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
Prepare, track and update monthly marketing budgets.
Pull weekly lead source reports and work with Director of Marketing to optimize all lead sources.
Work with Digital Marketing Manager to pull Google Analytics reports.
Manage the development of print ads and direct mail pieces.
Develop and maintain the messaging on our website with continuous content creation. including blogging, before and after pictures, videos and conversion strategies.
Keep Hatch messages and offers current.
Work with Digital Marketing Manager to keep SEO and PPC programs optimized.
Coordinate events, home show and open house logistics and staffing.
Keep showroom messaging and signage current.
Execute the customer loyalty programs including the Diplomat and Ambassador gift card program.
Oversee the Guild Quality satisfaction survey process.
Assist in the development of strategic partnerships with complimentary product companies such as glass, roofing, repair and service companies.
Collaborate with our follow-up team to pursue Demo/Maybe prospects through phone calls, emails, postcards, and other touch points.
Engage other organizations within the community.
Assist with NEXT philanthropy and charitable giving.
Assist with other projects as needed.
Other job-related duties and special projects, as assigned.
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Strong mathematical skills, computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Outlook Email, accounting software, and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of Improveit360/Salesforce-Enterprises.
Excellent leadership skills, including coaching, goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Good organization and time management.
An in-depth knowledge of the industry.
Ability to keep company and partner confidences.
Ability to move/lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch, and stand/sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced computer skills
Willingness to travel.
