JOB SUMMARY

B-Stock is actively seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning/Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in machine learning, expertise in using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI, proficiency in Python, and a track record of success in price prediction, categorization, and Generative AI.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement machine learning models for various applications, with a focus on price prediction, categorization, and General AI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable machine learning solutions.

Utilize GCP and Vertex AI tools to build, deploy, and manage machine learning models effectively.

Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model performance.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science to bring innovative solutions to the team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

EDUCATION: Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years proven work experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist, with a focus on price prediction, categorization, and Generative AI.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI.

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing.

Knowledge of cloud-based services and infrastructure.

Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
