We use our darkstores, stocked with between 2-3000 items to deliver groceries and other essentials to customers doors within 15 mins. These darkstores are strategically located to enable maximum coverage in the quickest possible time and are fitted out with Buyks proprietary technology to optimize the speed of order picking and delivery. Buyks technology also provides its teams with detailed information on a hyperlocal level, to ensure each darkstore is stocked according to the specific needs and desires of consumers in that area.

An **Inventory Specialist** to help in building, and streamlining processes within our stores. We want to ensure we hit that 15min delivery window and as such need strong Inventory specialists who have high attention to detail to join the team.

* Manage products - receive inventory, stock shelves, and track expiration dates;

* Ensure and keep location in a clean and orderly fashion;

* Report on broken or missing inventory and or items;

* Check deliveries against requisitions and purchase orders;

* Handle orders pick and pack the orders and pass them off to couriers for delivery;

* Oversee couriers work ensuring timely delivery of orders;

* Other general retail responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.

* Ability to quickly shift attention between tasks, prioritize them within given timeframes;

* Proactive attitude;

* Motivational Team member;

* Previous retail experience;

* Responsible and timely;

* Easygoing personality with strong communication skills;

* Basic knowledge of Word and Excel;

* Retail experience or knowledge of the product range will be an advantage.
