Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Level 1 IT Support Technicians for one of its largest manufacturing clients in the Chicagoland area. This technician will be tasked with the primarily hardware support requests and dual monitor setups but will handle the occasional in-person/phone support requests. This technician will help with setting up the equipment and will need to have reliable transportation.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

* 3 years of IT Support experience

o Primarily hardware-based experience.

Setting up workstations, dual monitors, and stands

Configuring monitors

Refreshing old equipment

o Phone support experience.

Resetting passwords and troubleshooting software.

* Proficient with Windows OS and Windows 11

* Excellent communication and customer support skills

* Experience with mobile support. null
