Mid-Level Real Estate Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Mid-Level Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Philadelphia. The successful candidate will engage in substantial client interaction and undertake negotiating and drafting responsibilities for complex real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate transactional and commercial documents such as leases, real estate purchase and sale agreements, and asset purchase agreements.
Handle ancillary real estate transaction documents.
Engage in client interaction to address their needs effectively.
Requirements:
Pennsylvania Bar admission.
5+ years of solid real estate experience in a sophisticated legal practice.
Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating commercial leases.
Experience with purchases and sales of commercial real estate.
Competency in title review processes.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
Skills:
Excellent drafting abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex legal matters.
Effective communication skills for client interaction and collaboration within the firm.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
