Provides senior strategic leadership in the delivery of customer requirements and the development of market-focused initiatives. Applies advanced theories, principles, and concepts, and contributes to development of new principles and concepts. Leads development of solutions to highly complex problems. Works with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision and maintains responsibility for supervision and development of first level Supervisors and Managers and mentors or supervises employees in both business and te chn ical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

20+ years of experience in military, government, or industry executive work with Naval Aviation

Experience in NAVAIR Program Offices with leadership roles spanning all elements of operations

Knowledge of NAVAIR operating principles and operations

Knowledge of innovative te chn ical approaches for rapid client delivery

Ability to lead people, interface with senior leadership, and drive new business in the NAVAIR market space

Ability to apply te chn ical innovation and unique acquisition approaches to solve challenging problems

Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

Experience at the O-5, O-6, GS-14, or GS-15 or equivalent level preferred

Knowledge of unique acquisition approaches, including alternative contract vehicles and OTAs

Ability to drive market e nga gement and work capture and shaping efforts to secure new work within the market

Top Secret clearance

Master’s degree

PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
