Where do we need your help?

We’ve experienced incredible momentum since our brand's inception, and now we are at the next challenge - achieving long term brand health and profitable growth. While the majority of our business is driven through direct channels, we are expanding globally through distributor partners and also working to expand our wholesale footprint. We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Manager Marketing Operations to facilitate marketing excellence around the globe through efficient execution, continuous knowledge sharing and unified ways of working.

What does the job entail?

Refine and simplify our go-to-market planning and execution process, working upstream with the commercial and product teams 6-24 months out.

Establish and uphold a brand marketing brief review, seasonal kick-off and clear milestones to ensure key stakeholders align to the strategy and creative approach.

Utilize digital project management tools like Asana as needed, identifying operational systems and workflows to continually create efficiencies and accountability across the team.

Optimize tools, templates and systems to deliver seasonal content in service of DTC, Wholesale and International business partners.

Organize monthly strategic marketing check-ins with global functional and key channel leads in ecomm, retail, wholesale, and international.

Work with brand activations to request detailed inputs and deliverable outputs by channels to plan and execute creative effectively.

Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar in partnership with Sr. Director of Marketing, accurately reflecting seasonal messaging, launch dates and project priorities.

Support annual marketing budget forecasting and monthly, quarterly actuals with detailed project level tracking.

Negotiate contracts (MSA, SOW, Consulting agreements) and manage vendor relationships that facilitate operational excellence across the department.

Enable cross-functional shared learning through retrospective reporting in marketing insights with marketing, creative and channels.

Oversee sample order process to ensure timely delivery of product to enable seasonal and PDP shoot deliverables.

What are we looking for?

7-10 years of brand marketing experience, preferably with a lifestyle or apparel brand.

Must be a strong cross-functional collaborator, solutions-orientated, effective communicator – both verbal and written.

Past experience working for global brands with a retail and digital footprint that requires planning and asset management for international markets.

Experience overseeing agency relationships, production teams and creative consultants.

Proven track record of operational rigor and proactive, forward thinking.

Exceptional project management skills, proficient in Asana, Airtable and other software systems for managing workflows, timelines and deliverables.

Detailed budget management and legal contract negotiations.

Willing to travel between PDX and SF as needed.

What do we offer?

In Office: The pay range for this role is: $142k - $155k and must be performed in either our San Francisco, CA or Portland, OR offices. We have a hybrid work culture where we are In Office Tues-Thurs and remote Mon and Fri.
