Job Description

Electrical SuperintendentGpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find an Electrical Superintendent to join their team.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary based on experienceBonus potentialHealth insurance package401KPaid vacationCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceDuties & Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all field operations on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projectsEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standardsCoordinate with project managers, general contractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth workflow and productivitySupervise and mentor foremen, electricians, and apprentices to maintain high-performance standardsEnforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policiesReview blueprints, specifications, and job site conditions to prevent issues and ensure quality installationsManage material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics to optimize efficiencyConduct site meetings and progress reports with clients, contractors, and internal teamsTroubleshoot electrical systems and resolve on-site challenges as neededMonitor and track job performance, reporting updates to project managers and company leadershipQualifications:7+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven experience managing crews and overseeing commercial, industrial, and institutional projectsStrong understanding of electrical systems, installation techniques, and industry codesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency in job site coordination and schedulingStable work historyOSHA 30 certification is a plusPreferred but Not Required:Journeyman or Master Electrician licenseYour resume will not be shared with any company without us first reaching out to discuss the opportunity in detail.Take the next step in your career—apply today!
