ABOUT THIS POSITION We are looking for a brilliant, inquisitive vice president who embodies a fanatical focus on driving outcomes and amplifying our value proposition to the markets we serve. They have a proven track record of designing, launching, and perfecting winning programs that drive repeatable results. This leader will be a key driver in growth through ideating key go-to-market strategies and programs, enabling the launch of these programs, and communicating the performance cross-functionally. The selected candidate will work closely with our Product Management, Sales, and Client Operations to build and deploy repeatable, scalable frameworks to create a system of winning. WHAT YOU'LL DO Strategy: partner with segment and performance marketing to develop Waystar’s go-to-market programs for our platform and solution suites based on market intelligence, business performance, product launches, product performance, and corporate priorities.
Performance: demonstrate a fanatical focus on business and program performance based on launched initiatives to guide prioritization and influence ROI. Design strategies to increase bookings, revenue, and client retention in partnership with commercial, client operations, and the broader marketing team for the platform, solution suites, and solutions.
People leadership: lead and empower a team of product marketers, ensuring cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, commercial, and client operations.
Packaging: the ability to develop and evolve the packaging, pricing, placement, and promotion of the Waystar platform, solution suites, and solutions to highly targeted markets.
Builder: proven expertise in building frameworks and programs to deliver repeatable insights and results. Including competitive intelligence programs, messaging, and positioning, right-to-win analysis and strategy, ROI programs, webinars, content to drive growth, and naming.
Solution intelligence: intimately understand the market opportunity within each solution, buyer personas and criteria, market trends and drivers, win/loss by solution, and actively drive the go-to-market strategy at the platform and solution suite level.
Creativity: embodies creativity to enable the development and deployment of storytelling of our value to each unique segment. Develop a system of winning that is repeatable and scalable.
Product launches: lead the end-to-end development and execution of launches across all segments, including go-to-market programs, enablement tools, and positioning.
Leadership: work cross-organizationally to partner and influence strategic decisions to positively impact Waystar’s direction and success.

Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of healthcare payments and technical functionality.
Proven expertise in building programs and frameworks to drive results.

Proven creative thinker who can generate and execute innovative ideas.
Preferred Skills: Proven experience leading high-performing teams
Deep knowledge of healthcare payments and preferably revenue cycle
Proven experience in product marketing in revenue cycle
Bachelor’s degree or higher
