As Lead Product Designer, You Will:

Design for healthcare enterprise SaaS users, aligning paid experiences with seamless usability.

Lead the design process for data products across web, mobile and EMR experiences.

Ensure the application of a novel design system aligns to design best practices for institutional customers across multiple use cases and settings of care.

Influence and evolve design guidelines, best practices, and standards to promote a cohesive and unified brand identity.

Help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure Eko Health remains at the forefront of medical innovation.

As Lead Product Designer, You Have:

7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user interface design and user experience design.

Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like ProtoPie, Principle, or similar.

Mastery of visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

Solid understanding of accessibility and usability principles, with experience designing for diverse user groups, including those with disabilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.

As a Lead Product Designer, We Would Appreciate If You Have:

Experience in the healthcare industry or medical technology sector.

Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and experience working closely with engineers.
