IT Program Manager

Demonstrate good observation, analytic and communication skills and drive the end-to-end process culture.
Work independently with limited direction and take ownership to drive process improvement Initiatives to completion.
Ensure adequate risk assessment and benefits are performed in every initiative with participation from cross-functional teams as needed.
Provide continuous monitoring and management reporting of ongoing initiative/projects progress and status.
Conduct post implementation evaluation of the implemented initiative and track the key deliveries, KPIs/measurements/controls for a period to demonstrate sustainable efficiency & effectiveness.
Serves as a resource to team members and stakeholders on delivery and escalation issues. Resolves issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product and process improvement.
Develops and implements and end to end initiatives.
Coordinate all phases of the project (requirements, design, development, SIT, UAT, deployment).
Maintain Client plan for the Team.
Build project plans and timelines for projects which could involve multiple vendors and cross-team resources.
Plan, manage and execute projects to completion.
Provide periodic status reports on projects.
Maintain a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business, and a focus on quality and service.
gile and Waterfall methodology experience.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related discipline. Master's degree is a plus.
7+ years in technology program management/transformation in insurance, financial services or management consulting.
Solid knowledge and demonstrated use of process and capabilities management principles.
Demonstrated track record leading Process Design, Re-Engineering, and Transformation projects and producing tangible outcomes using proven tools & techniques.
